With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Kerr brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Originally from Glasgow, he grew up in Standlake, West Oxfordshire, and attended school in North Oxford. After completing his education, Kerr trained as an interior designer and operated his own showroom in Summertown for several years.

During his time as a designer, Kerr was headhunted by a television production company. His first TV project was “Kitchen SOS,” which he co-presented with Nadia Sawalha. This opportunity led to several years as the lead presenter on “Coast v Country,” a popular daytime property series on Channel 4. Over five seasons, Kerr helped hundreds of buyers find their dream homes.

After previously running a successful estate agency business in Leamington Spa, Kerr now lives in the countryside near Banbury with his wife, Dani, and their wirehaired Vizsla, Ghillie.

Passionate about all things property, Kerr prides himself on being an honest and reliable professional, as well as a skilled negotiator dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients.
